ORDERS
If you would like to place an order or discuss an idea of something you would like making then please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to discuss this with you.
PAYMENT
To confirm your order we will ask for a 50% deposit, the balance will be payable 2 days before Delivery, if the balance is to be paid by Cheque this will need to be paid 7 - 10 days prior to Delivery. Unfortunately at the moment we don't accept card payments.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES
We will endeavour to deliver your Furniture personally, if this is not possible we will use a specialist Furniture Delivery Service or Courier depending on the size of the piece, the Delivery will incur an additional charge which we will inform you of before you place the order. We will ask you to measure Doorways, Staircases and restricted areas to ensure the Furniture can be delivered to the requested site, we will also ask that you inform us of any problems that might occur with vehicle access etc. as we are unable to offer a refund for Bespoke items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will have taken great care to ensure the wood we use is fully seasoned, as it is a natural material some knots and cracks may be visible, there may also be some colour and grain variation. Wood can be affected by Heat and Moisture which may cause shrinkage or swelling, care must be taken that the Furniture is not positioned in direct Sunlight or positioned in rooms which are damp or have extreme changes in temperature i.e. Underfloor heating or directly next to Radiators, we are unable to issue a refund if Furniture has been damaged by any of the above.
CANCELLATIONS
Your order will be accepted once payment is received, if you wish to cancel the order you will receive a full refund of the deposit within the first 7 days from receipt of the money, if the order is cancelled 7-14 days from receipt of the money then a 50% refund of the deposit would be made, after this time no refund of deposit would be made.
